개인정보 처리방침

• 회원(로그인한 이용자): 선택한 로그인 수단에서 아래 정보를 받습니다. 비밀번호는 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 구글: 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진(제공되는 경우)
  • 애플: 이메일 주소(이용자가 ‘나의 이메일 가리기’를 고르면 애플이 만든 대리 주소), 이름(처음 가입할 때 제공한 경우)
  • 카카오: 카카오계정 이메일, 닉네임, 카카오 회원 식별값
  • Yandex: 이메일 주소, 이름 또는 로그인명, Yandex 회원 식별값
  • 이메일 링크 로그인: 이메일 주소(로그인 링크를 보내고 계정을 만드는 데 사용)
• 비회원: 계정을 만들지 않으며, 개인별 검사 결과는 이용자의 기기(브라우저 저장소)에만 보관됩니다. 로그인하면 그 시점에 계정으로 옮겨집니다. 다만 별도로 동의하면 아래 인구통계 범주와 점수가 개인 식별자 없이 집계 통계에 반영됩니다. 의견·개선 제안 보내기는 로그인한 회원만 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성: 심리·인지 자가검사의 응답·점수·결과 등급, 검사 수행 일시, 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 기기·브라우저 정보
• 선택형 익명 통계: 국가(국가코드), 성별(여성·남성·논바이너리/기타·응답 안 함), 연령대(14–17·18–24·25–34·35–44·45–54·55–64·65세 이상·응답 안 함), 검사 키·영역·총점·차원 점수. 정확한 나이·생년월일과 자유서술 성별은 받지 않습니다.

이용자가 로그인하거나 검사를 수행할 때 입력·자동 생성되는 정보를 수집합니다. 선택형 익명 통계는 첫 검사 직전 별도 동의를 받은 경우에만 검사 완료 시 전송합니다. 회사는 별도의 오프라인 수집을 하지 않습니다.

• 회원 식별과 로그인 유지, 같은 이메일로 여러 로그인 수단을 쓸 때 한 계정으로 연결
• 검사 결과 저장 및 시간에 따른 변화(추이) 분석 제공
• 익명 통계에 기반한 타인 비교(백분위) 제공
• 국가·성별·연령대별 검사 분포 연구와 비교 기준 개선(별도 동의한 경우)
• 서비스 제공·유지, 오류 대응 및 개선
• 서비스 화면에의 광고 게재, 광고 노출·클릭 등 성과 측정, 이용 행태에 기반한 맞춤형·비맞춤형 광고 제공(제11조 참조)

서비스가 제공하는 심리·정신건강 관련 자가검사의 결과는 「개인정보 보호법」상 민감정보에 해당할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자가 검사를 자발적으로 수행하여 결과 저장에 동의한 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다. 인구통계와 점수를 결합한 통계는 일반 개인정보 동의와 구분된 별도 선택 동의를 받은 경우에만 만들며, 거부해도 검사 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. 결과는 진단·치료 등 의료 목적이 아니라 자기이해·참고 및 통계용으로만 이용합니다.

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집·이용할 경우 법정대리인(보호자)의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자는 반드시 법정대리인의 동의 하에 서비스를 이용해야 하며, 회사가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 확인하면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 파기합니다. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Soundary는 별도의 법정대리인 확인 절차를 운영하지 않으므로 만 14세 미만 이용자의 검사 결과를 국가·성별·연령대 통계에 전송하지 않습니다.

회원별 결과는 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기하며, 그 외에는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관합니다. 인구통계 선택은 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 있으며 이용자가 브라우저 데이터를 지울 때까지 유지됩니다. 별도 동의를 거쳐 전송된 값은 개인별 원본을 만들지 않고 즉시 월·검사·국가·성별·연령대별 합계·제곱합·건수로 합산되며 서비스의 비교 기준을 운영하는 동안 보관합니다. 이 합계에는 개인 식별자나 개별 기록이 남지 않아 합산 뒤 특정 이용자 몫만 다시 분리할 수 없습니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.

회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.

• 수탁자: Google LLC (Google Firebase)
• 위탁 업무: 사용자 인증(Authentication), 데이터베이스 저장(Firestore), 호스팅, 이용 통계 분석(Google Analytics)
• 이전 국가·시점·방법: 미국 등 Google 인프라 소재국 / 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 전송
• 보유 기간: 위탁 계약 종료 또는 회원 탈퇴 시까지

로그인 서비스 제공자. 이용자가 고른 로그인 수단의 사업자가 본인 확인을 맡고, 회사는 그 결과로 제1조의 정보만 받습니다. 로그인 과정에서 이용자는 각 사업자의 화면에 직접 로그인하며, 그 처리는 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

• Google LLC(구글 로그인·이메일 링크 발송, 미국) · Apple Inc.(애플 로그인, 미국) · 주식회사 카카오(카카오 로그인, 대한민국) · Yandex LLC(Yandex 로그인, 러시아)
• Yandex 로그인을 고르면 회사 서버가 Yandex 인증 서버에 로그인 결과 확인과 회원 정보(이메일·이름·식별값) 조회를 요청합니다. 이 요청은 이용자가 그 로그인 수단을 고른 때에만 일어나며, 회사가 Yandex 에 보내는 것은 로그인 확인에 필요한 인증 코드뿐입니다.
• 로그인 수단을 쓰지 않으면(비회원) 이 사업자들과 정보를 주고받지 않습니다.

또한 서비스 화면에 광고를 게재하기 위해 아래 사업자가 쿠키·광고 식별자를 통해 이용 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서도 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 사업자: Google LLC (Google AdSense 및 Google 광고 네트워크)
• 처리 업무: 광고 게재, 광고 노출·클릭 측정, 이용 행태에 기반한 맞춤형 광고(이용자가 거부하지 않은 경우)
• 처리 항목: 쿠키·광고 식별자, 접속 기기·브라우저 정보, IP 주소, 조회 화면과 광고 노출·클릭 기록 — 검사 응답·점수·결과 등급은 포함하지 않습니다.
• 이전 국가·시점·방법: 미국 등 Google 인프라 소재국 / 광고가 표시되는 화면을 열 때 네트워크를 통해 전송
• 보유 기간: 각 광고 쿠키의 만료 시까지(Google 광고 쿠키는 일반적으로 최대 13개월), 그 밖의 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy)에 따름. 이용자가 쿠키를 삭제하면 그 시점에 끊깁니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 이용자가 사전에 동의하였거나 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

광고 서비스 제공자(Google 등)는 회사가 보관 중인 개인정보를 넘겨받는 것이 아니라, 광고가 표시되는 화면에서 쿠키·광고 식별자를 통해 접속 기기·브라우저 정보와 조회 화면 등 이용 정보를 직접 수집합니다. 그 내용과 거부 방법은 제10조·제11조에 따릅니다.

• 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청
• 계정 삭제 요청(서비스 내 또는 아래 이메일)
• 브라우저 데이터 삭제를 통한 인구통계 선택 초기화. 이미 비식별 합계에 반영된 값은 개인별 행이 없어 특정 이용자 몫만 분리·삭제할 수 없습니다.

권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.

로그인 유지, 검사 진행 상태 저장, 동의 여부와 선택한 국가·성별·연령대 기록 등을 위해 브라우저의 로컬 저장소 (localStorage)와 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 이를 거부할 수 있으나, 일부 기능 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

또한 어떤 화면이 얼마나 이용되는지 파악해 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics의 분석 쿠키를 사용합니다. 이 쿠키는 방문 경로·조회 화면·검사 진행 단계 등 이용 행태를 수집하며, 검사 응답 내용과 결과 점수는 수집하지 않습니다. 분석을 원하지 않으시면 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 Google의 차단 도구(tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)를 이용해 거부하실 수 있습니다.

서비스 화면에 광고가 표시되는 경우, 광고 사업자가 광고 게재·측정과 맞춤형 광고를 위해 광고 쿠키와 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용과 거부 방법은 제11조를 따릅니다.

회사는 서비스를 무료로 제공·운영하기 위해 서비스 화면에 제3자 광고(Google AdSense 등)를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고 사업자는 광고가 표시되는 화면에서 쿠키(예: Google의 광고 쿠키)와 광고 식별자를 사용해 이용자의 이 서비스 및 다른 웹사이트 방문 기록에 기반한 맞춤형 광고를 제공하거나, 맞춤형 광고를 거부한 이용자에게는 문맥·일반 정보에 기반한 비맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다.

• 광고에 이용될 수 있는 정보: 쿠키·광고 식별자, 접속 기기·브라우저·운영체제 정보, IP 주소(대략적 위치), 조회 화면(URL)과 광고 노출·클릭 기록
• 광고에 이용하지 않는 정보: 심리·인지 자가검사의 응답·점수·결과 등급, 정신건강 관련 정보, 회원의 이메일·이름 등 계정 정보. 회사는 이를 광고 사업자에게 제공하거나 광고 맞춤에 이용하지 않으며, 광고 사업자에게 이 정보를 활용한 타기팅을 요청하지 않습니다.
• 거부(옵트아웃) 방법: Google 광고 설정(adssettings.google.com)에서 광고 맞춤설정 해제, 업계 공동 옵트아웃 페이지(www.aboutads.info/choices, youronlinechoices.eu), 또는 브라우저 설정에서 제3자 쿠키 차단. 거부하더라도 광고 자체는 표시될 수 있으며 맞춤형 광고만 제한됩니다.
• EEA·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역의 이용자: 광고 쿠키 사용 전에 동의 관리 도구를 통해 동의 여부를 선택할 수 있으며, 언제든지 같은 도구에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 만 14세 미만 이용자: 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않도록 광고 설정을 운영합니다.
• 행태정보 수집 방법·보유기간: 광고가 표시되는 화면을 열 때 광고 사업자의 스크립트가 쿠키·광고 식별자를 통해 자동으로 수집하며, 각 쿠키의 만료 시(Google 광고 쿠키는 일반적으로 최대 13개월) 또는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 회사는 광고 노출·클릭 수와 수익 등 광고 사업자가 제공하는 집계 보고서만 받으며, 이를 개인 단위로 식별하거나 검사 결과와 결합하지 않습니다.
• 광고 표시 원칙: 검사를 진행하는 화면에는 광고를 두지 않고, 기분·마음건강 척도의 결과에 따라 광고를 골라 보여 주지 않습니다. 광고와 후원 콘텐츠에는 「광고」·「후원」을 표시합니다.
• 광고 관련 문의·피해 신고: admin@soundary.life 또는 개인정보침해 신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118).

본 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자의 권리·의무에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 공지를 통해 고지합니다.

• Members (signed-in users): we receive the following from the sign-in method you choose, and never receive or store your password.
  • Google: email address, name, profile photo (if provided)
  • Apple: email address (a relay address created by Apple if you choose ‘Hide My Email’), name (if you provide it at first sign-up)
  • Kakao: Kakao Account email, nickname and Kakao member identifier
  • Yandex: email address, name or login, and Yandex member identifier
  • Email-link sign-in: email address (used to send the sign-in link and create your account)
• Visitors without an account: no account is created; person-level test results stay only in your device and are moved to your account when you sign in. If you separately opt in, coarse demographics and the score may be added without an identifier to aggregate statistics. Sending feedback or suggestions requires signing in.
• Generated in use: your psychological & cognitive self-test answers, scores and result bands, test timestamps, usage logs, and device/browser information
• Optional anonymous statistics: country code, gender category, age range, test key/domain, total score and dimension scores. We do not request exact age, birth date or free-text gender for this purpose.

• Identify members, keep you signed in, and link sign-in methods that use the same email into one account
• Store your results and analyze changes (trends) over time
• Provide comparison with others (percentile) based on anonymous statistics
• Study test distributions and improve comparison groups by country, gender and age range, only with separate opt-in
• Operate, maintain and improve the Service
• Serve advertising on the Service, measure ad impressions and clicks, and show personalized or non-personalized ads based on usage (see Section 6)

Results of mental-health-related self-tests may qualify as sensitive information under PIPA. We process them only to the extent you voluntarily take a test and consent to saving the result. Demographic score statistics require a separate optional consent; declining does not restrict a test. Results are used only for self-understanding, reference and statistics — not diagnosis or treatment.

The Service requires the consent of a legal guardian to collect personal data from children under 14. Users under 14 must use the Service with their guardian's consent; if we learn that a child's data was collected without such consent, we delete it without delay. Because Soundary does not operate a guardian-verification flow, results from users under 14 are excluded from demographic server statistics.

• Account results are deleted without delay upon account deletion; otherwise kept while the Service is used. A demographic choice stays in local browser storage until browser data is cleared. Opted-in values are immediately combined into monthly count, sum and sum-of-squares cells without a person-level row, and retained while comparison statistics operate. After aggregation there is no individual row that can be separated or deleted.
• Processor: Google LLC (Firebase, Google Analytics) — authentication, database (Firestore), hosting, and usage analytics. Data may be stored/processed abroad (e.g., the United States).
• Sign-in providers: the provider you choose verifies your identity and we receive only the data listed in Section 1; you sign in on that provider's own screen, and its processing follows its own privacy policy — Google LLC (Google sign-in and sending email sign-in links, United States), Apple Inc. (United States), Kakao Corp. (Republic of Korea) and Yandex LLC (Russia). If you choose Yandex, our server asks Yandex's authentication servers to confirm the sign-in and return your member data (email, name, identifier); the only thing we send Yandex is the authorization code needed for that check. If you do not sign in, no data is exchanged with these providers.
• Analytics cookies: we measure which screens are used and where people stop, to improve the Service. Test answers and result scores are never sent to analytics. You can opt out via your browser settings or tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Advertising provider: Google LLC (Google AdSense and the Google ad network) — serving ads, measuring impressions and clicks, and personalized ads unless you opt out. Google collects cookies, advertising identifiers, device/browser information, IP address and the pages on which ads are shown directly from your browser; this may be processed abroad (e.g., the United States). Test answers, scores and result bands are never included.
• We do not share the personal data we hold with third parties except with your consent or as required by law. Ad providers do not receive data from our database; they collect usage information directly through cookies as described in Section 6.

To keep the Service free, we may display third-party ads (e.g., Google AdSense) on the Service. Ad providers may use cookies (such as Google's advertising cookies) and advertising identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this Service and other websites, or — if you have opted out of personalization — non-personalized ads based on context and general information.

• May be used for ads: cookies and advertising identifiers, device/browser/OS information, IP address (approximate location), the pages you view and ad impression/click records.
• Never used for ads: your psychological or cognitive self-test answers, scores and result bands, mental-health-related information, and account details such as email or name. We do not pass these to ad providers, do not use them for ad targeting, and do not ask ad providers to target on them.
• Opting out: turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, use the industry opt-out pages (www.aboutads.info/choices, youronlinechoices.eu), or block third-party cookies in your browser. Ads may still be shown; only personalization is limited.
• EEA, UK and other consent jurisdictions: you will be asked for consent through a consent management tool before ad cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time in the same tool.
• Children under 14: ads are configured so that personalized advertising is not served.
• How behavioural data is collected and kept: the ad provider's script collects it automatically through cookies and advertising identifiers when a screen with ads is opened, and keeps it until each cookie expires (Google's ad cookies generally last up to 13 months) or you delete it. We receive only aggregate reports (impressions, clicks, revenue) from the ad provider, never identify individuals from them, and never combine them with test results.
• How ads are shown: no ads while a test is in progress, no ads selected by the results of mood or mental-health scales, and ads and sponsored content are labelled "Ad" or "Sponsored".
• Advertising questions or complaints: admin@soundary.life, or the Korea Internet & Security Agency privacy center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, +82-118).

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact the data protection officer below.
