개인정보 처리방침

Soundary(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보, 사용 방법, 보호 방법에 대해 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

앱은 다음과 같은 정보를 수집합니다:

  • 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 표시 이름 (Google 로그인 시 제공)
  • 집중 세션 데이터: 세션 시작/종료 시각, 집중 시간 (요약 정보만 저장)
  • 앱 설정: 목표 시간, 사운드 환경 설정 등 사용자 설정 값

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

  • 원시 센서 데이터: 가속도계, 자이로스코프 등 모션 센서의 원시 데이터는 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 위치 정보: 앱은 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
  • 연락처: 함께 집중 기능 사용 시 연락처에 접근할 수 있으나, 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

  • 집중 시간 기록 및 통계 제공
  • 기기 간 데이터 동기화
  • 소셜 기능 (함께 집중, 스터디 그룹) 제공
  • 서비스 개선 및 버그 수정

4. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

이용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관되며, 계정 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내에 모든 데이터를 파기합니다. 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관합니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다:

  • 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
  • 법령에 의해 요구되는 경우

6. 이용자의 권리

  • 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제 요청
  • 계정 삭제 요청 (앱 설정 내 또는 이메일)
  • 데이터 이동권 (CSV 내보내기 기능 제공)

  • Firebase Authentication을 통한 안전한 인증

  • Account information: Email address, display name (provided via Google Sign-In)
  • Focus session data: Session start/end times, duration (summary only)
  • App settings: Daily goal, sound preferences, and other user settings

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Raw sensor data: Accelerometer and gyroscope data is processed on-device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
  • Location data: The App does not collect location information.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide focus time tracking and statistics
  • Sync data across your devices
  • Enable social features (co-focus, study groups)
  • Improve the service and fix bugs

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or with your explicit consent.
