서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 Soundary(이하 "앱")가 제공하는 집중 시간 트래킹 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 앱 간의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

• "서비스"란 앱이 제공하는 자동 집중 시간 측정, 사운드 믹서, ADHD 관리 도구, 소셜 기능 등 일체의 기능을 말합니다.
• "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
• "코인"이란 서비스 내에서 사용되는 가상 포인트로, 현금으로 환전할 수 없습니다.

• 본 약관은 앱 내에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 앱은 필요한 경우 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전에 공지합니다.

앱은 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

• 모션 센서 기반 자동 집중 시간 측정
• 집중 통계 및 분석
• 앰비언트 사운드 믹서
• ADHD 관리 도구 (할 일 목록, 약 복용 기록)
• 소셜 기능 (함께 집중, 스터디 그룹)
• 가상 정원 및 코인 시스템

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:

• 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하는 행위
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 부정한 방법으로 코인을 획득하는 행위
• 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위
• 관련 법령에 위반하는 행위

앱은 시스템 점검, 설비 장애, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전에 공지하며, 불가피한 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

• 앱은 의료 기기가 아니며, ADHD 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다. 전문의 상담을 권장합니다.
• 모션 센서 기반 집중 측정은 기기 및 환경에 따라 정확도가 달라질 수 있습니다.
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 앱은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 무료 서비스에 대해서는 관련 법령에 허용되는 범위 내에서 책임을 제한합니다.

서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠(사운드, 디자인, 텍스트 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 앱 개발자에게 있으며, 이용자는 서비스 이용 범위 내에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the use of Soundary ("the App"), an automatic focus time tracking service, and define the rights and obligations between the App and its users.

• Automatic focus time tracking using motion sensors
• Focus statistics and analytics
• Ambient sound mixer
• ADHD management tools (todo list, medication tracking)
• Social features (co-focus, study groups)
• Virtual garden and coin system

Users shall not:

• Use another person's account without authorization
• Interfere with the stable operation of the service
• Acquire coins through fraudulent methods
• Engage in conduct that causes discomfort to other users
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• The App is not a medical device and does not replace professional ADHD diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional.
• Focus tracking accuracy may vary depending on device and environment.
• The App is not liable for damages caused by user negligence.

All content within the service (sounds, designs, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of the App developer. Users may only use such content within the scope of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
