서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 솔티파이가 운영하는 Soundary(이하 "앱")가 제공하는 심리·인지 자가검사 및 분석 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 앱 간의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

• "서비스"란 앱이 제공하는 임상 자가척도, 성격검사, 지능(IQ) 검사, 주의력·인지 검사 및 그 결과의 저장·추이 분석·타인 비교 등 일체의 기능을 말합니다.
• "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.

• 본 약관은 앱 내에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 앱은 필요한 경우 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전에 공지합니다.

앱은 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

• 임상 자가척도(기분·마음건강) 검사
• 성격검사(Big5·DISC 등)
• 지능(IQ) 검사
• 주의력·집중력 및 인지 기능 검사
• 검사 결과 저장 및 시간에 따른 추이 분석
• 익명 통계 기반 타인 비교(백분위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:

• 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하는 행위
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위
• 관련 법령에 위반하는 행위

앱은 시스템 점검, 설비 장애, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전에 공지하며, 불가피한 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

• 앱이 제공하는 심리·인지 자가검사는 자기이해·참고용이며, 의료기기가 아니고 정신질환의 진단·치료를 대체하지 않습니다. 정확한 진단·치료는 전문가 상담을 권장합니다.
• 검사 결과는 측정 환경 및 이용자의 상태에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 앱은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 무료 서비스에 대해서는 관련 법령에 허용되는 범위 내에서 책임을 제한합니다.

만 14세 미만 이용자는 법정대리인(보호자)의 동의 하에 서비스를 이용해야 하며, 미성년자의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠(사운드, 디자인, 텍스트 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 앱 개발자에게 있으며, 이용자는 서비스 이용 범위 내에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

다만 서비스에서 인용하거나 참조한 심리검사 척도·측정도구의 저작권은 각 원저작자에게 있으며, 해당 부분은 위 조항의 적용을 받지 않습니다. 각 검사의 출처와 근거는 검사별 상세 화면의 「출처·근거」에 표시합니다.

또한 서비스에서 비교·설명을 위해 언급되는 제3자의 상호·상표(MBTI®, DiSC® 등)는 각 권리자의 재산이며, 본 서비스는 해당 권리자와 제휴·후원·인증 관계가 없습니다. 서비스의 각 검사는 관련 학술 개념 및 공개된 이론 모형에 기반한 자체 구현물로, 해당 상표 제품의 검사지나 그 번역본이 아닙니다.

본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the use of Soundary ("the App"), operated by Soltifi — a psychological & cognitive self-assessment and analytics service — and define the rights and obligations between the App and its users.

• Clinical self-report scales (mood & mental well-being)
• Personality tests (Big Five, DISC, etc.)
• Cognitive ability (IQ) test
• Attention & cognitive function tests
• Storage of results and trend analysis over time
• Comparison with others (percentile) based on anonymous statistics

Users shall not:

• Use another person's account without authorization
• Interfere with the stable operation of the service
• Engage in conduct that causes discomfort to other users
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• The self-tests are for self-understanding and reference only. The App is not a medical device and does not replace the diagnosis or treatment of any mental disorder. Consult a professional for accurate diagnosis and care.
• Results may vary depending on the testing environment and the user's condition.
• The App is not liable for damages caused by user negligence.
• Users under 14 must use the service with a legal guardian's consent; see the Privacy Policy for details.

All content within the service (sounds, designs, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of the App developer. Users may only use such content within the scope of the service.

However, the copyright in the psychological scales and measurement instruments quoted or referenced by the service belongs to their respective original authors, and those parts are not covered by the paragraph above. The source and basis of each test are shown under "Source" on that test's detail screen.

In addition, third-party trade names and trademarks mentioned for comparison or explanation (MBTI®, DiSC®, etc.) are the property of their respective owners, and this service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or certified by them. Each test in the service is our own implementation based on the relevant academic concepts and publicly available theoretical models; it is neither the questionnaire of any such trademarked product nor a translation of it.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
