People usually get further by using what they already do well than by patching what they lack. Thirty-two questions measure sixteen strengths across four families and show the five you reach for most often, plus three you have not put to work yet.

How it works
Answer each item on a 5-point scale from 'strongly disagree' to 'strongly agree'. There are no right answers — going with your first instinct gives a result closer to your actual tendencies. When you finish you'll get dimension scores, your headline type, and an interpretation with practical advice.
Sample questions
- 1. Even on familiar work, a method nobody has tried occurs to me, and I actually try it.
- 2. When something I don't know comes up, I look it up or ask on the spot.
- 3. Before I decide, I deliberately look for the case against my view.
- 4. I enjoy digging into something new until I could explain it to someone else.
